Important Notice
Sending prohibited or restricted items through PeerGo is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence. PeerGo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts found to be in violation of this policy. Delivery agents who knowingly transport prohibited items bear personal legal responsibility.
The following items are strictly prohibited on the PeerGo platform under all circumstances, regardless of delivery scope (local, interstate, or international):
Illegal Drugs & Narcotics
Any controlled substances, illegal drugs, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia, including substances that are legal in some jurisdictions but illegal in the destination country.
Weapons & Firearms
Firearms, ammunition, knives intended as weapons, tasers, pepper spray (where prohibited), and any other item classified as a weapon under local or international law.
Explosives & Flammable Materials
Explosives, detonators, fireworks, highly flammable liquids, compressed gases, and any other materials classified as dangerous goods under aviation or transport regulations.
Stolen Goods
Items that are stolen, misappropriated, or obtained through fraudulent means. Senders are responsible for ensuring they have lawful ownership of all items submitted for delivery.
Hazardous Chemicals
Toxic chemicals, corrosive substances, radioactive materials, biohazardous materials, and any substance that poses a risk to human health, safety, or the environment.
Live Animals
Live animals of any kind, including pets, livestock, insects, reptiles, and birds, are not permitted through the PeerGo platform.
Counterfeit Goods
Counterfeit currency, forged documents, fake branded goods, pirated software or media, and any item that infringes intellectual property rights.
Human Remains & Body Parts
Human remains, organs, blood, or any biological material of human origin.
Food items are subject to specific rules depending on the type of food and the delivery scope. Senders must read and comply with the rules applicable to their delivery.
Permitted — Non-Perishable Food
Non-perishable food items such as grains, spices, oils, dried vegetables, beans, and packaged food products may be transported within the country provided they are securely packaged and properly sealed.
Restricted — Perishable Food
Perishable food items such as fresh meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, cooked food, and dairy products are not permitted unless appropriate packaging arrangements are made and the sender accepts the associated risk. PeerGo is not liable for spoilage or damage to perishable items.
Not Permitted — Perishable Food
Perishable food items such as fresh meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, cooked food, and dairy products are not permitted for international deliveries under any circumstances.
Restricted — Dried & Non-Perishable Food
Non-perishable or dried food items (such as grains, spices, oils, dried vegetables, dried meat, beans, or similar agricultural products) may be restricted in certain countries. Senders and delivery agents are responsible for ensuring compliance with the customs regulations of both the origin and destination countries before accepting or dispatching such items.
If you suspect that a delivery request contains prohibited or restricted items, please do not accept or proceed with the delivery. Report the concern to PeerGo immediately via [email protected]. Delivery agents who knowingly transport prohibited items may face account suspension, permanent banning, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
PeerGo acts solely as a technology platform connecting senders and delivery agents. PeerGo does not inspect, verify, or take custody of items at any point in the delivery process. Senders are solely responsible for ensuring that the items they submit for delivery comply with this policy, all applicable laws, and the customs regulations of any countries involved. PeerGo reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
